Relatively High Level of Cash Detected in Shares of Garmin in the Consumer Electronics Industry (GRMN, GPRO, HAR, UEIC, ZAGG)

Below are the three companies in the Consumer Electronics industry with the highest cash equivalents (CE). Analysts use CE as a measure to compare the cash cushion of companies in the same industry.

Garmin ranks highest with a CE of $2,000. Gen-Probe is next with a CE of $513. Harman International Industries ranks third highest with a CE of $402.

Universal Electronics follows with a CE of $64, and Zagg rounds out the top five with a CE of $15.

SmarTrend recommended that its subscribers protect gains by selling shares of Zagg on April 5th, 2016 by issuing a Downtrend alert when the shares were trading at $8.34.
