Howard Hughes has the Highest Level of Cash in the Real Estate Development Industry (HHC, FOR, HOFD, STRS, MLP)

Below are the three companies in the Real Estate Development industry with the highest cash equivalents (CE). Analysts use CE as a measure to compare the cash cushion of companies in the same industry.

Howard Hughes ranks highest with a CE of $451. Following is Forestar Group with a CE of $93. Homefed ranks third highest with a CE of $55.

Stratus Properties follows with a CE of $33, and Maui Land & Pineapple rounds out the top five with a CE of $2.
