Visa Inc-Class A Looks to Continue to Trade Above its Annual-High Share Price Today

Visa Inc-Class A (NYSE:V) traded at a new 52-week high today of $140.03. Approximately 1.5 million shares have changed hands today, as compared to an average 30-day volume of 7.4 million shares.

Visa Inc-Class A has overhead space with shares priced $139.21, or 2.4% below the average consensus analyst price target of $142.61. The stock should discover initial support at its 50-day moving average (MA) of $132.57 and subsequent support at its 200-day MA of $120.43.

Visa Inc-Class A share prices have moved between a 52-week high of $140.03 and a 52-week low of $94.15 and are now trading 48% above that low price at $139.21 per share. In the last five trading sessions, the 50-day moving average (MA) has climbed 0.6% while the 200-day MA has risen 0.5%.

Visa Inc. operates a retail electronic payments network and manages global financial services. The Company also offers global commerce through the transfer of value and information among financial institutions, merchants, consumers, businesses and government entities.
