Bearish Moving Average Cross by Ventas (VTR)

Ventas (NYSE:VTR) shares have crossed bearishly below their 10-day moving average of $62.00 on a volume of 338K shares. Swing traders may find an opportunity for a short position, as such a crossover often suggests lower prices in the near term.

Ventas share prices have moved between a 52-week high of $73.80 and a 52-week low of $46.87 and are now trading 31% above that low price at $61.48 per share. The 200-day and 50-day moving averages have moved 0.08% lower and 1.73% higher over the past week, respectively.
