Kilroy Realty is Among the Companies in the Office REITs Industry With the Highest Price to Last Quarter Annualized Sales Ratio (KRC, ARE, DEI, BXP, HIW)

Below are the three companies in the Office REITs industry with the highest Price to Last Quarter Annualized (LQA) Sales ratios. Price/LQA Sales is a valuable metric used to compare comparable companies using the most recent sales data on an annualized basis. Generally, the lower the ratio, the more undervalued the company.

Kilroy Realty ranks highest with a price to last quarter annualized sales ratio of 11.28. Alexandria Real Estate Equities is next with a price to last quarter annualized sales ratio of 10.20. Douglas Emmett ranks third highest with a price to last quarter annualized sales ratio of 8.81.

Boston Properties follows with a price to last quarter annualized sales ratio of 7.69, and Highwoods Properties rounds out the top five with a price to last quarter annualized sales ratio of 7.61.
