Highest Enterprise Value to Sales Ratio in the Retail REITs Industry Detected in Shares of Realty Income (O, NNN, ADC, FRT, AKR)

Below are the three companies in the Retail REITs industry with the highest Enterprise Value (EV) to Sales ratios. EV/Sales gives investors an idea of how much it costs to buy the company's sales and the lower the ratio, the more undervalued the company is believed to be.

Realty Income ranks highest with a EV/Sales of 21.91. National Retail Properties is next with a EV/Sales of 19.04. Agree Realty ranks third highest with a EV/Sales of 18.81.

Federal Realty Investment Trust follows with a EV/Sales of 18.77, and Acadia Realty Trust rounds out the top five with a EV/Sales of 17.83.
