Last updated February 20th, 2009 6:50 AM ET---U.S. stock futures are trading lower indicating a weak close to a troubling week following the Dow's close yesterday below the key 7,500 level. The only economic report due out today is the January reading on consumer prices. Quarterly earnings results are due out from Constellation Energy (NYSE:CEP), JC Penney (NYSE:JCP), Lowe's (NYSE:LOW), Pinnacle West Capital (NYSE:PNW) and Barrick Gold Corp (NYSE:ABX) all before the open. Tax software company Intuit (NASDAQ:INTU) and drug maker Mylan (NYSE:MYL) both delivered better-than-expected results yesterday after the close. The New York Times (NYSE:NYT) shares could trade lower after the company's board suspended its quarterly dividend for it's A and B shares.
